Viva Morrissey!

Levou um certo tempo, mas definitivamente é hoje, domingo, 29 de novembro de 2015, a primeira passagem de Morrissey por Brasília. O cantor britânico, ex-Smiths, sobe ao palco do Net Live Brasília, às 20h00.

Desviando um pouco o foco, esse Net Live Brasília definitivamente é um péssimo lugar para shows musicais. O Deep Purple esteve lá, em 2014, e o áudio estava extremamente alto, dificultando o entendimento do som da banda. Aliás, problemas com acústica são recorrentes nas casas de espetáculos em Brasília, e Morrissey merecia melhor sorte com a escolha do espaço. Sem falar no desconforto de chegar e sair, ficar em pé, bares, banheiros etc.

Chega de reclamar. Conforme a mídia vem divulgando, nesta terceira turnê de Morrissey pelo Brasil, o cantor e compositor vem privilegiando as músicas do mais recente álbum, World Peace Is None of Your Business, como a Kiss Me A Lot, Istanbul, One of Our Own e a canção que encerra o disco, The Bullfighter Dies. Aos navegantes, o aviso de que um vídeo alternativo desta, disponível na web, vem sendo mostrado na turnê e contém cenas nada agradáveis da irracionalidade por trás das touradas.
